Like Glyco-Durance, Pocket Fuel is designed to be easy on the gut, personalized with flavour intensity, level of carbohydrate concentration and electrolyte needs. Glyco-Durance Pocket Fuel™ is the gel mix that all endurance athletes are looking for. Containing the same three essential elements in Glyco-Durance™ to help to reduce digestive upset while increasing physical endurance and performance. Karbolyn Endurance™ our carbohydrate source is derived from non-GMO potato and rice and this natural bio-engineered high-performance carbohydrate offers rapid absorption and sustained energy. Karbolyn Endurance™ uses a proprietary multi-stage enzymatic fermentation process to reach optimal molecular size, yielding a superior natural bio-engineered carbohydrate for quick gastric emptying that is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream without any side-effects like stomach bloating or cramping. STANDARD MIXING INSTRUCTIONS for 2 GELS. Add 50ml of hot (NOT BOILING) water to water bottle or shaker cup. Add 2 scoops of Pocket Fuel and shake vigorously for 1 minutes then let sit for 2 minutes. Shake again for 30 seconds and pour mix into your 150ml HydraPak Soft Flask. If you like it thinner texture or less flavour wait till mix cools then top off flask with water and shake again for 10 seconds

For standard mixes the ratio is 25ml of water per scoop.

STANDARD MIXING INSTRUCTIONS for 3 GELS. Add 75ml of hot (NOT BOILING) water to water bottle or shaker cup. Add 3 scoops of powder and shake vigorously for 2 minutes then let sit for 2 minutes. Shake again for 30 seconds and pour mix into your 150ml HydraPak Soft Flask. If you like it thinner texture or less flavour wait till mix cools then top off flask with water and shake again for 10 seconds

STANDARD MIXING INSTRUCTIONS for 8 GELS. Add 300ml of hot (NOT BOILING) water to a blender. Turn blender on low. Slowly start adding the full 8 serving bag or 8 scoops of powder to the blender. Once all powder has been added continue blending for an additional minute. Pour into your 150ml flasks. This will fill 2 full flasks equal to 6 GELS with the equivalent of 2 GELS left over. Now here is where the flexibility comes into play.

- You could add the remainder into another flask (2 gels worth)

- You could keep in your fridge for upto 5 days for next time

- You could freeze, then thaw out for next time

- Me personally, I would pour the 2 remaining into a 750 ml bottle, fill the rest with water and drink prior to my adventure as a pre drink

WANT TO MAKE A BIG BATCH AT STANDARD STRENGTH?

- The ratio is 25ml of water per scoop of powdeR. Want to mix your full 30 serving bag (check to make sure your blender is a full size with a 2000ml (2 litre) capacity.

- Add 750 ml of hot (NOT BOILING) water to a blender. Turn blender on low. Slowly start adding the full 30 serving bag of powder to the blender. Once all powder has been added continue blending for an additional minute on medium speed. Let sit for 2 minutes then blend again for 30 seconds.

- Pour into your ten 150ml flasks. This will fill 10 full flasks equal to 3 GELS per flask for a total of 30 GELS.

- Let the GELS cool first then you can refrigerate what you need for the next 5 days and freeze the rest.

WANT TO MAKE IT EVEN MORE CONCENTRATED?

Does your fueling plan call for more carbs per hour but you don’t want to carry extra flasks?

You can easily make a 150ml flask with 100gr of carbs

-You’re going to need to use the blender for this one . Add 200ml of hot (NOT BOILING) water to a blender. Turn blender on low. Slowly start adding the full 8 serving bag or 8 scoops of powder to the blender. Once all powder has been added continue blending for an additional minute. Let sit for 2 minutes then blend again for 30 seconds. Pour into your two 150ml flasks.

This will fill 2 full flasks equal to 8 GELS

You can make a 150ml flask with 125gr of carbs 500 Calories (5 GELS) (this is going to be thick but still less than most other gels)-

You’re going to need to use the blender for this one .

-Add 150ml of hot (NOT BOILING) water to a blender. Turn blender on low. Slowly start adding 10 scoops of powder to the blender. Once all powder has been added continue blending for an additional minute. Let sit for 2 minutes then blend again for 30 seconds. Pour into your two 150ml flasks.
This will fill 2 flasks equal to 10 GELS

REMEMBER: Let the product cool in your flask before refrigerating. If the filled flasks are kept refrigerated, they will last for 5 days (we don’t add any nasty preservatives like almost every packaged gel out there). Glyco-Durance™ Pocket Fuel can be prepared and frozen in your flasks for your convenience.
