When To Use
- After training or event, mix 1 scoop with 8-12 oz (250-350ml) of cold water and drink immediately to aid in recovery and combat oxidative stresses on the body.
- First thing in the morning on an empty stomach, mix 1 scoop with 8-12oz (250-350ml) of cold water in a shaker cup or water bottle and drink immediately. Do not consume anything else for 20 minutes to aid in alkalizing your digestive system.
